Impact of Toxic Leadership on Counterproductive Work Behavior with the Mediating role of Psychological Contract Breach and Moderating role of Proactive Personality

This paper focused the conceptualizations of toxic leadership and analyzes relationship between counterproductive work behavior (CWB). The mediating role psychological contract breach was measured behavior, also by analyzing moderating effect proactive personality. selected sample for research comprised 355 nurses serving in public sector Pakistan questionnaire used as a tool. Findings data revealed that is having positive significant with CWB negative PCB partial mediation model. found to be positively associated whereas Proactive personality identified weakening CWB. results study elaborated firms ought illuminate unmistakably managers about antagonistic outcomes brought oversight, may join rules or approaches rebuff practices.
